Melyvi is made by a small team, and one address reaches all of it: support@melyvi.com. Say which part of this list you are in, and you get a person rather than a ticket robot. Replies are not instant.
This inbox is not monitored for emergencies and nobody watches it out of hours. If you are in immediate danger or in crisis, call your local emergency number or a crisis line. Melyvi cannot help with an emergency, and neither can this page.
Questions about the app
Anything about how Melyvi works, something it got wrong, a bug, or a feature you want: email us. Tell us the device and OS version, and roughly when it happened — with that, the first reply is usually an answer rather than a question.
One thing is faster to do yourself than to ask about: deleting your account, which is in the app under Profile → Privacy and does not need our permission. For a copy of your data, tap Request my data in the same place, or write to us as below.
Your account and your data
For anything tied to an account — a deletion you cannot complete in the app, access to what Melyvi holds, a correction, or a question about the Privacy Policy — write from the email address on the account, using this address. We confirm a request comes from the account holder before acting on it, which is slower for you and the reason someone else cannot do it in your name.
Please do not paste conversations, journal entries or health details into an email to prove a point. Describe the problem instead; we can work from that, and an inbox is a worse place for that material than the app is.
Press and partnerships
For press, research collaboration, or a clinical review of what Melyvi claims: email us with a deadline if you have one. The Terms are the short version of what Melyvi is and is not, and nothing on this site claims more than that.
Security
If you have found a vulnerability, send it to this address with enough detail to reproduce it, and give us a chance to fix it before you publish. Reports made in good faith are welcome. Do not test against other people’s accounts or their data to make a point — use your own.
Waitlist
Melyvi is not released yet. To hear when it is, the waitlist is the whole mechanism: your address and nothing else, one email on the day it opens on your platform, and no list we sell or share. To come off it before then, ask at the address above.
